The B.C. Wildlife Federation’s Wetlands Workforce project’s final report showcases the accomplishments and collaboration achieved in 2022 and 2023.
As our work-pods continue their wetland stewardship, they continue to build on relationships established in previous years under the guidance of Indigenous Liaisons, Diana Cote.
Through the Wetlands Workforce’s projects, 27 First Nations communities across British Columbia were collaborated with and engaged. We express our gratitude for the collaboration and knowledge shared from the First Nations communities we have worked alongside as we continue our wetland work throughout the province.
